Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with SENA. We are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. For urgent requests, customers are welcome to arrange self-collection at our Sierra 16 Puchong location for immediate handover.
Processing may take slightly longer during:
- Peak promotional periods
- Public holidays
- High-volume order weeks
Customers will be notified in cases of unexpected delays.
2. Shipping Duration
Once your order is processed, delivery usually takes:
Malaysia (West & East)
- West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
- International Shipping : 5–10 working days
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Parcel weight
- Courier rate
- Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s system.
5. Failed Deliveries / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to SENA due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Recipient unavailability
- Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
- No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
For any delivery issues, including:
- Damaged items
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
- Customers must refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and provide supporting evidence within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders )
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- The shipping address is correct
- Contact details are accurate
- Any special delivery instructions are clearly provided
SENA will not be liable for delays or lost parcels due to inaccurate information. If there were any mistake (if the order hasnt be shipped status, do let SENA team know earlier of convenient so we can make the changes)
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just let the SENA team know early and we’ll help make any needed changes. Once it’s on the way, we’re unable to modify the order
9. Merchant Rights
SENA reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
